Isn't there some sort of "sanitary / sanity" law about this kind of thing in Japan? I mean, the guy's gotta sweat right? (agh!)

To make matters worse, they sometimes stand there smoking. Got 1 guy make me a drink whilst he had a cigarette in his mouth. I'm sure they're opening themselves to be sued.
