 | why no replies? As a newbie I'm not sure if this is the right forum but anyway I noticed in the 'jobs in China' forum there were lots of 'views' but no 'replies', does this mean no one was interested in the jobs, if so why so? |

Oh the reason there are no replies to the job ads is because the "reply" feature is disabled for job listings, as each time a member posts a reply to them, it would just bump the thread to the top. Furthermore, all job ads have contact information in them, and schools prefer to be contacted by this method rather than having to follow-up with members on the forums.
