Using pdf files in a lesson

Hi
A long shot - I have a private distant ESOL student who wants to use Acrobat Connect Reader in lessons- wondered if there are any good sources for documents so we don't just have to talk about research ones. Sports, Culture, Art? .

Thanks
M.
