| Teaching in Japan People, Hello:
I would like to teach in Asia, but in a truly civilized country: Japan; preferably, Kyoto (for the Zen gardens).
Summary of CV/Bio: - 18 years, U.S. corporate sector; 6 of those years, international programme/project management
- 3 years, international development (2 years Africa, 1 year USA)
- Entering 3rd year teaching in Shanghai (Economics in two flavors (10 & 12; 12 is International Baccaluareate, Higher Level), English in two flavors (10 Native & 12 O-Level), Philosophy (IB Theory of Knowledge)
- Widely published author (graphic/creative arts; development <zmag.org>; commentaries for China Daily's Shanghai Star)
- B.A. summa cum laude, Philosophy, Boston College
- M.Sc. International Community Economic Development (2nd in class), Southern New Hampshire University
- Hobbies: camping, hiking, fishing; reading (science, belles lettres, poetry, history); writing; sports
- International experience: England 1 year; Sweden 1 year; Germany & Europe 1 year; Israel 8 months; Ghana 27 months; China 26 months (current)
Again: Hope to find a teaching position in Japan, preferably in Kyoto.
