You have to let the employer know that you are aware of the organization and the job requirement in detail. Just as the resume the cover letter is also very important to get the first call. Infact there are now job agencies who will prepare a customized cover letters for you as well. |

![]() | Re: Successful cover letters i agree. you have to make sure that their name is in the cover letter to show them that you are interested. You could have a general cover letter that you just insert different company names. Make sure you dont leave another company name in there by accident.lol |

![]() | Re: Successful cover letters Jokes apart I have seen people not verify the cover letter contents properly and for ABC Bank send it to XYZ Bank (as for XYZ bank they had used the same cover letter) Amazing but really out of ignorance and attention to details not paid |
