![]() | Sample Teaching Contract for Dispatch Company Just thought I'd share with you all one of my past contracts. The contract was for a dispatch company in Tokyo and I was sent to various companies to teach English in the evenings. Sometimes there would also be intensive classes during the daytime for 5 or so consecutive days. Anyway, take a look at the below contract that was issued to me. --------------------------------- Whereas Excel international Co., Ltd. (hereafter referred to as EICO) provides language training for its clients. John Citizen the instructor, agrees to cooperate with EICO in realizing this goal, therefore, both parties agree to conclude this contract under the terms and conditions listed below.

![]() | Contract is almost in the favour of Employer. I do not think so that they are thinking of you while making contract. The teaching allowance they providing is low as compared to market rate. Its better to not to accept this contract. Last edited by gfell; Fri 17-Nov-06 at 09:08 PM. |

![]() | Re: Sample Teaching Contract for Dispatch Company I agree, it looks as though they have you right where they want you. If I were you I would really have someone look over that before you sign, if you have not already. |
