When I don't have these people I'm doing something else but my Resume is at hand. I'm open and is ready to offer my assistance and to consider others. To support my words I'm attaching my general Resume (without my real name).

![]() | This is just disappointing to hear. I've been living in Canada since I was a child, and have a Canadian Passport. But now I'm starting to doubt if I will ever find work in China, although I'm just starting out. I just finished the 100 hour i-to-i TEFL program and was hoping to find work starting September. Now I wonder if I was just throwing my money away. |

Sadly, those folks who aren't (preferably) white and from a native English speaking country, it's a lot harder to get a job here and they usually earn less too, shameful but true. Check the threads as all of this has been covered many times. Good luck and if it's something you really want to do, a smalll bit of adversity shouldn't dissuade you! ![]()

I think you are being too kind or havent seen the ads for teachers on all websites and if i am not mistaken all but 2% require non- native teachers, so I think the quality always takes a back seat in Japan.
