![]() | Reference Letter What they are in fact after is a character reference to describe what type of person you are, and how you approached your studies. See the attached example of a reference letter from a previous co-worker. The attached reference letter can be amended easily to suit your requirements. If you need further help, let me know.

![]() | I think there is no need for you to find the example of reference letter. Just ask your Aussie teacher to give you reference letter. There is nothing to fear. Teachers very well know about the reference letter. Best of Luck!! |

![]() | Re: letter of reference I agree. Most teachers are more then happy to give you a LOR. And most employers can tell if it is really from that person, making it personal and coming straight from the teacher will really help you a lot more. |

![]() | A letter of reference is a very valuable asset to have from a job that you have done well at. The one thing you have to make sure of is that the person giving you the reference is also available to give a verbal reference also. I have found in the past that people want to confirm that the letter of reference is ligitimate. |

![]() | Re: letter of reference Yes. Recenlty there have been fraud reference letters and hence the recruiters tend to examine the letters by having a telephonic call as well. So make sure you inform the person that he/she should expect a call. |

![]() | Re: letter of reference Also many times the employers ask you to provide reference names only. Then they would be communicating direclty with the references. This is also very common. So make sure if you are providing any reference names - firstly ask for their consent and then inform them that you have provided their name. This way they are also not in surprise when they receive a call inquiring about you. |
