![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Free Sample Part-Time Contract Here is a sample work contract I've written up for anyone wanting to work part-time somewhere. All the cards start out in your pocket in this, so be ready to make concessions - in other words, this is a pretty tough contract to swallow, but a strong first offer is necessary when you're firing the first shot. Places to give in would be maybe 25 - 50 RMB on the per hour rate - drop the taxi x2 rate for travel times under 30 minutes - and maybe even cut the rate per hour for travel time in half. These are just my suggestions, but you can decide for yourself what you will or won't accept in a part-time working agreement. I would NOT, under any circumstances, give up the part about being paid before you begin work. Get paid first, and then "pay them back" whenever you don't want to work. This keeps you flexible to drop them like a bad habit if they get out of line on anything. You might go for half-n-half; half now and half at the end of the contract/month/(whatever) or you can work out a progression of payment like getting paid at the beginning of each week instead of getting paid all up front. They can't choose to stop paying you to nullify the contract because you've already been paid. In essence, you could nullify the contract yourself by taking the money and running - and that's why you should be willing to give in on other parts of the contract. If the download fails for any reason, you can e-mail me at hypiereon@hotmail.com and I'll send you a copy as an attachment.

![]() | Thank you for the Sample Contract. But i do not think so that anybody is going to accept this contract as it has all conditions in favour of employee. Its better to consult some expert in this field. |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Re: Free Sample Part-Time Contract As I said, the cards all start out in your pocket, so be ready to make concessions. If you present a fair contract, they'll negotiate you downward from that, and you'll lose. Been doing this a long time now, so listen if you want to, and ignore at your own risk.
