Demonstration of teaching skills

As a teacher while apprearing for an interview you have to be prepared for demonstrating (demo of teaching ability) for specific subjects. Many times candidates are not aware and unprepared. This is very important part of the recruitment process which teachers tend to ignore as well.

It is great to bring along a portfolio to be able to show some of your work: for example, lesson plans, activities, curriculum that you have developed, and so on.
