 | New Ruling On Education Savings Scheme No Burden To Parents KUALA LUMPUR, Feb 16 (Bernama) -- Higher Education Minister Datuk Mustapa Mohamed today clarified that the new ruling on the National Education Savings Scheme (SSPN) was to get parents to save for their children's education and not to burden them.
