 | 1st Chinese-language school in the US BOSTON: The state Board of Education is expected to approve the state's first charter school with classes taught mostly in Chinese. The charter school would be open to 300 students, kindergarten through eighth grade, from Springfield and dozens of other cities in western Massachusetts.
