 |  Teacher Certification For anyone who is interested, The College of New Jersey (The College of New Jersey Home) is offering the teaching certification class in Hsinchu. This program is available to anyone who holds a Bachelor Degree. You are able to receive an elementary or secondary teaching certification from the State of New Jersey upon completion of the program. This is the same program as the Bangkok, Thailand program. You can even take half of the program here in Taiwan and the rest in different locations all over the world including Thailand, Kuwait, Egypt and More.
