 | online DELTA and CELTA courses Hey everyone, I noticed in some job requirements the appicant must have DELTA or CELTA trained.I am not quite sure exactly what that is? In addition is there a online provider that offers DELTA or CELTA programs? Thanks Sues  |

 | DELTA and CELTA teacher training courses DELTA stands for Diploma in English Language Teaching to Adults. CELTA stands for Certificate in English Language Teaching to Adults. Typically, teachers will first complete the CELTA course. After a few years of teaching, then they may complete the DELTA course. Both certifications are awarded by Cambridge Assessment (formerly UCLES) a part of the University of Cambridge.
