My Robocom

Your Own Personal Home Tutor

Even some of our teachers enjoyed an afternoon chat with My Robocom, the English conversation robot.

You can only converse with it in English. If you don't speak with the correct pronunciation and speed, My Robocom won't recognise you, and will repeat its questions multiple times until you get it right.

My Robocom is a great way to practice acquiring English conversation ability. It's a very expressive robot, never making a single displeased.

But will it be enough to replace a real teacher? Most probably not. Will it become as common as the whiteboard in ESL classrooms? Well, only time will tell.

In Korea, where English ability is quite high, My Robocom is quickly spreading as a learning tool in the classroom!

This educational tool is not cheap though. Starting at USD695 for the standard model. Upgrades are possible by changing memory chips.
