 | Verbal Contract in Indonesia Is it legal for a company in Indonesia to enforce a contract even if it wasn't signed. What is the law in this country in relation to verbal contract. cheers |

 | Re: Verbal Contract in Indonesia A verbal contract is just the same as a signed paper contract. Only difference is that you will have a harder time in court convincing the judge that the verbal contract took place. Do you have an independent witness? I hope you are not considering going to court. Most likely it wont be worth your while, and your best course of action is to move on and forget about it.
