![]() | That's a neat little fact. Did you know that Equatorial Guinea is the only country in Africa to have Spanish as one of it's official languages? I learned that when I had to do a Spanish project back when I was the student. |

![]() | It's a very small country. If you look just west of the Congo, on the coast of Africa just below the big curve in the coast, you should see it. It's total size is almost the same as Maryland, and part of it is an Island, where it's capital city of Malabu is located. |

![]() | Re: Interesting stats on countries China and India are the most populated countries. However they are not the most densely populated due to the vast area that they have. Infact China and India are ranked 4th and 7th in the rank of biggest countries with respect to area. |

![]() | Re: Interesting stats on countries Mongolia's population density is actually only 1.7 per square km (4th lowest in the world). Australia's PD is 2.6 per square km (7th lowest in the world). I'm glad i'm from one and live in the other; no need to live like a sardine Greenland is the world's least densely populated country with only 0.026 people per sqaure km! Least densely populated cities are hard to call because of urban sprawl, size of metro area etc. New question - is there a list of the non-English speaking countries who employ the highest numbers of native speaking teachers? I imagine Japan and Korea would top that list. Source: United Nations World Populations Prospects Report. |
