 |  Becoming an English Teacher in China  Hi ! everybody,I am Faheem Ashraf from Pakistan and is interested in teaching English in mainland China.  | Welcome to the ESL Forums! Welcome faqeerfaheem! Good to have you in the community. I would suggest contacting schools in China prior to heading over there, and see if they are willing to have a phone interview with you. Not too sure how strong your accent is, but many schools will be interested to hear your accent before offering you a teaching job.
