 |  Scammers in Taiwan Not trying to give Taiwan a bad name, as I'm sure it happens in other countries too. Just beware that there are agents and recruiters etc. in Taiwan that ask you for money before you even start teaching. Since when is it that you now have to pay money to work? I have never heard of this before joining the teaching industry. I would never pay anyone upfront monies just to get a job. It straightaway rings out a warning bell for me.  |
