![]() | Hello there, was just wondering if anyone knows if it's possible to get a job teaching golf in Korea or working at a golf course if you only have knowledge of the English language. I am coming over to teach English in Korea and my boyfriend who is a golf professional with the P.G.A wants to come with me. If anyone knows anyone or anything about golf in Korea please let me in on it. Most importantly, if you can work in the golf industry in Korea without knowledge of the korean language, is it sufficient money? Thanks for your time, Ritty |

![]() | Re: Teaching golf or working at golf club in Korea Two polite words for you "You're dreaming". First, why would someone hire you? Koreans play golf not to socialise in English but to PLAY golf. So being a native English speaker with NO Korean skills will land you as volunteer driveway sweeper at best. Sorry to get straight to the point, but this is the reality. |
