![]() | Teaching on Jeju Hi, This is one locale I've been investigating as a possibility. So far, no recruiters have come back to me with any opportunities. Do you know anyone who places teachers there? Thanks! Leif |

![]() | List of employers If you go to http://www.aacircle.com.au/forums/showgroups.php you will see a list of employers that have ever posted on our jobs boards. Contact the ones in Korea and you will find that there are quite a few agents there that send teachers countrywide. You can also try: Donam GnB English InstituteAlso don't forget the "Search" feature found in the blue navigation bar above.

![]() | Re: Teach English in Hawaii (Jeju Island) what a load of crap. if you sign a contract in jeju for a year be aware there is nothing mild about the winter- excepting relative to subarctic regions of canada. it still gets down to 10 below zero. this rubbish about it being like hawaii is a joke and only ever said by desperate recruiters. The subtropical labels come from a warm ocean current which brings certain fish around there, but does not affect the weather for humans. english teachers on average get paid less than the mainland. it rains 3 out of 5 days. leaving jeju to see a band, buy clothes, meet some new people etc will cost you for air tickets. it rains in the autumn, it rains and snows in the winter, it rains in the spring, it doesn't rain much in summmer- but the rainy season cuts off most of the summer. |
