 |  New E-2 Visa Rules for South Korea Hi ! I just wanted to upate people on the new E-2 visa rules. I know the information is pretty hard to find because it's so new and it seems to keep changing. You do need a background check done now or a (VSS) Vulnerable Sector Screening for Canadians. Here are a few links that will help.
