E-2 Visa...the new changes. - ESL Teaching

I just wanted to upate people on the new E-2 visa rules.
I know the information is pretty hard to find because it's so new, and it seems to keep changing.
You do need a background check done now,
or a (VSS) Vulnerable Sector Screening, done for Canadians.
