![]() | Re: Work Visa for Japan Hi there, I am a 27 Australian from Sydney. I'm planning to go to Japan at the end of the year on a working holiday visa which lasts for about a year. I am TESOL qualified with a Graduate Diploma, but I don't have a degree. I want to know if it's possible to obtain a work visa at the end of my initial stay of one year without a degree. Would a diploma be enough and can you get sponsorship from your employer to extend your stay beyond this. If anyone has any information about this or has had experience with could you please let me know. Thanks |

![]() | You have a Graduate Diploma? Well, isn't this 2 steps higher than a Bachelor Degree? That is, you get a BA, then next is a Grad Certificate, then Grad Diploma. Good news for you! I have a Grad Certificate from Oz and still managed to get my work visa here in Japan. ![]()
