the reason i said 70,000yen or more is cos i'm looking for something slightly higher up the market,
assumedly i may end up in Fukuoka possibly living with my girl so i may end up splitting rent of a nice place with her, if we didn't tho, i'd probably still be after a place with atleast a personal bathroom etc which i assumed i could get for about 70-90,000 from what i've seen in my brief time looking at accomodation online so far :P
