![]() | Gaijin (foreign men) living overseas Japan is no different from other countries. The overwhelming majority of the native Japanese female population prefer their own native males. Just because there is a high concentration of gaijins (foreigners) in Roppongi, doesn't mean that most Japanese women want gaijin boyfriends or husbands. I've seen lots of guys from the US, Oz, and UK, with attitudes like "I'm white, therefore all the Japanese girls must be crazy about me" or "I'm going to get some action tonight" in Japan. Then they find out the reality, when they get shot down and come away disappointed. Again Japanese women are no different from women in our own countries. Mike D. (Japanese Student - Tokyo, Japan)

![]() | Re: Japanese Women Interesting topic. I live in Japan with my wife and I agree, generally woman are woman. But there may be something to this idea when it comes to modern japanese woman who don't want to be silent servants to there husbands. Japan is an extremely male dominated society. |
