Work in Spain

One full-time position and one internship are currently available in Cuenca, Spain.

Founded by American Kate Jetmore in the spring of 2004, the business is dedicated to providing professional language support of all kinds from a culturally sensitive perspective. The majority of contracts involve translation, interpretation, proofreading, guided tours, voiceovers and teaching.

Ideal Candidates

• Native speakers of English with an advanced level of Spanish
• TEFL qualified
• At least some experience teaching English
• Those whose writing skills are such that they are able to provide translation and proofreading support.

Benefits

• Monthly salary of 1000 for full-time position. Internship position is unpaid.
• Assistance finding quality housing will be provided.

About Cuenca

Cuenca is a charming town of about 50,000 people, conveniently located between Valencia and Madrid. The geography is stunning, making it the perfect home to hikers, bikers, rock-climbers and kayakers. The town is full of culture, featuring several art museums and galleries, as well as an annual film festival. Holy Week processions and concerts are not to be missed.

Start: January 8.

Holidays: Holy Week (March 31-April 8) is a paid holiday, as are May 1 and 31. Classes finish at the end of June 2007.
