Volunteer teaching job in India

Welcome to Kolkata (formerly Calcutta) and the mysteries of India. This wild adventure begins by training you in the skills to be an English teacher followed by a week of culture and language training.

Finally you get to work as an assistant teacher in a poor school in India. This unique opportunity to experience one of the worlds oldest and greatest civilizations is also an excellent opportunity to help the less fortunate.

At the completion of the program you are free to stay on and work if you and the school agree or we can assist you in finding a paid position.

The 6 week program includes:

- 1 week TEFL International PELT course in Kolkata, India
- 15 hours Hindi language lessons
- 1 Weekend excursion
- 4 week teaching placement
- Airport pick-up
- Accommodation
