Vietnam teaching jobs

Language Link is an international teaching group with its headquarters in London and more than 120 centres worldwide. Language Link Vietnam was established in 1996 to train students in General English, Business English, the International English Language Testing System (IELTS) and the Cambridge examinations. It also offers highly effective language and skills training for the corporate sector.

We are looking for motivated, outgoing, professional individuals to fill vacancies currently available in Hanoi for qualified and experienced ESL teachers to teach programmes in General English, Young Learners, ESP, Business English and IELTS/TOEFL preparation.

Successful candidates will be native speakers of English and have:

Essential:
* A university degree
* An accredited RSA CELTA, Trinity TESOL or a Postgraduate University degree in education
* Minimum 1-year post certificate teaching experience (applicants with less than one year experience, but holding an A or B pass CELTA or TESOL may also apply).
* Experience in teaching adults

Desirable:
* Experience in teaching Young Learners
* Demonstrable experience teaching ESP/exam preparation courses

Applicants must be willing to commit to the following:

* Teaching a schedule spread over 6 days per week (one weekend day only) when required, including evenings.
* Teaching both young learners and adults
* Providing the necessary documents required for a Work Permit application within 3 months of arriving in Vietnam, including:
o Original Certificates of Degrees and ELT qualifications
o Suitably certified current criminal record background check from home country

Language Link Vietnam has a range of employment arrangements available including full-time one-year contracts, short-term summer teaching (June - August), and part-time teaching. Some positions are immediately available to suitable candidates who can start at short notice. For other applicants, please do not contact us until you can start within 6 weeks of making contact.

Benefits of a 1 year contract:

Salary: Guaranteed minimum of 84 teaching hours per month paid at US$16 an hour (most teachers average 90-95)
Bonus: $1 for every hour taught, paid at contract end.
Holiday: 20 days paid annual leave
Insurance: $500 towards health insurance
Visa and WP: All in-country costs for visa and work permit
