1. Salary for English native trainers ranges from 1200 - 1600USD/month (after tax), based on the degrees, teaching certificates, teaching experience, how long they commit to work, results of the TOEFL iBT tests (2) done at the company and the trial lessons. Salary is paid on the last day of the calendar month.

2. Medical insurance is provided for native trainers, which saves them about 100USD/month.

3. Vacation includes one day per contractual month, seven days for Christmas and nine days for Vietnamese national holidays.

4. If the trainers commit to work for one year, at least, the work permit will be arranged and paid by the company (as long as the trainer has the Criminal Check issued by his/her government), which saves each trainer about USD 500/year. Also, the two way flight tickets will be reimbursed one year after the starting day for a two year contract and one way for the one year contract.

5. Working hours are 40hours/week, of which real teaching hours inside class are from 18 -22 /week, 5 hours/week for editing essays. The rest of the time will be for curriculum designing, lesson preparation, test marking, interviewing students and related jobs.

6. Teaching programs: TOEFL iBT, SAT, SSAT, GRE, IELTS, TOEIC, GMAT.

7. Most students are teenagers and young adults from 20 to 30 years old. They are serious learners who want to have the best preparation for the international tests and apply for some scholarship to study abroad, esp. in the USA. Class size is from 14 - 18 students. Computers, loud speakers, and projectors are available for teaching.

8. Trainers are required to have Bachelor degree and teaching certificate (TESOL/ CELTA/ TEFL). Those with certificates or knowledge of TOEFL iBT, IELTS, SAT, GRE, GMAT are preferable. Trainers with more than one year experience teaching English may be considered if they do not have a teaching certificate.

9. Dynamism, open-mindedness and adaptability are the desirable qualities expected of the trainers.
