Well-established and fully accredited international ESL school is accepting applications for the position of Director of its center in Manhattan, NY.

Start May, 2007

Responsibilities are multi-faceted:

– supervising a staff of teachers and administrative personnel
– delivering high quality programs to clients
– adhering to policies, procedures and regulations
– reporting to supervisors
– providing accountability for finances
– managing the school and the relationship with the college in which it is located.

Required

Should be highly motivated and hard-working, skilled at leading a team locally and able to play a role within a team on a global scale.

Qualifications should include

- a university education
- a background in the teaching of ESL
- knowledge of the field of international education for adults
- experience in the management of programs or services
