teach English to Taiwanese adults

Looking for native English speakers who would teach English to Taiwanese adults.

This opportunity is being offered as part of a program that seeks to offer teachers training and practical experience for native English speaking college graduates who are interested in a TESOL/TEFL career.

* All teaching candidates will be offered a free, one week TESOL training course for adults. For those who complete this course, a TESOL certificate from one of Taiwan's most respected teaching associations will be awarded to the teacher.
* A limited number of teaching candidates will be eligible to receive scholarships for Chinese language classes. These classes will be offered at one of the top universities in Taiwan and are fully transferable towards university or graduate school credits.

Required

• Bachelor's Degree (BA) Required. Degree in English or Education preferred, but not required.
• Native English Speakers only.
• Valid Passport from U.S., Canada, U.K., Australia, New Zealand or South Africa only.
• Teaching or public speaking experience preferred
• Able to sign one year contract.
• Open-mindedness to new cultures and ways of thinking.
• Positive attitude and team player an absolute must!
