Two young enthusiastic teachers required for teaching positions.

Start: August and September.

Required

• Comfortable working with both children and adults
• Completed an ESL course or university degree
• Our major requirement is enthusiasm for teaching and a willingness to learn new ideas.
• International Driver's Licenses as some driving to outside classes will be necessary. Each teacher will have their own car for business use and it will be available for their private use too.

Suitable for those interested in coming to Japan on Working Holiday Visas.

The students range from elementary school age children taught in group lessons through to adults and businessmen studying in either private and group lessons. Classes will be held in the late afternoon and evening for a total of 20 teaching hours per week.

Benefits

• Salary: ¥220,000 per month
• ¥150,000 end of contract bonus
• Comfortable, fully furnished one or two-bedroom apartment is provided for each teacher (no key money necessary) with rent and utilities being deducted directly from salary.
• Subsidized medical care (70% of cost) will also be arranged and paid for by the school.

An initial training period with experienced teachers prior to taking over classes will be followed up with an ongoing one-on-one training program covering teaching approaches, techniques, classroom management and self- assessment. Additional assistance will be given to help new teachers familiarize themselves with our texts and the teaching materials we have available.

Teachers with degrees who successfully complete their contracts will be offered full visa sponsorship to extend their stay in Japan if they wish.
