fceblog is on a distinguished road
For Upper Intermediate Students

The FCE Blog is a guide to online practice sites for students preparing for the Cambridge FCE exam. Its postings cover topics such as how to learn grammar, improve your pronunciation, confusing words, phrasal verbs etc at an upper intermediate level.

The site aims at fostering autonomous learning skills. It takes a lot of time and effort to learn English on your own, however, I think that teachers working in rural areas will find this blog a useful guide and companion.
