Referencing Actors and Sports People

Here is a simple lesson for you all!

We don't usually refer to athletes (eg. baseball players, soccer players) or actors as "Mr _____ " or "Ms _____ ". We'd usually say:

- Jackson hit 2 home runs!

Actors usually get both first and last names.

- Dave looks like Harrison Ford.

The below are not naturally sounding sentences in English:

- Mr Ben Johnson is the world record holder in the 100 meter mens sprint.
- My favourite actor is Mr Cruise.
