![]() | ISP addresses Thanks Niko, To Mark, I've an offer for you. We both know you are reading this intently and desire for myself to desist from giving my testimony about you. If you pay the 2,600,000yen you owe me, plus damages of 600,000 yen (for having to move apartment, change phone, basically reset my life again after being your customer), then I will desist from giving my testimony. You know you owe me Mark. Why not just pay instead? You didn't deliver the 'Mentorship' as promised in your fax/syllabus. + you owe me for the PST at Kyobashi 2003 Jul-2004 Feb + you owe me for the last months salary. This is the truth Mark, and you know it. |

![]() | Getting your money back from Mark Scotty, You don't surely expect to get such a lump sum payment do you? The news about Mark's workings is already out, and it's too late and I don't expect Mark Smith to pay you. You should have offered him this choice before posting all about Mark in this thread. Do you really think he will pay a lump sum payment to you. I know they are the funds he owes you, but what about allowing him to pay in installments? Something like monthly installments of 30,000 yen, and then if he skips you can put your info back up on these forums. Might be easier this way. OR even him to discusss. |

![]() | Smith's School of English Japan Hi Mark, I'm still waiting. Been 2 and 1/2 years Mr Smith and I am still waiting for my 2,600,000yen that you owe me fair and square. No comment Mark? Just going to get this thread taken down by legal or other means as usual? Not giving up, as would you and anyone else who has been duped of so much money, when they don't have it. What about you Mark Smith? ![]() |

![]() | Rich Dad, Poor Dad Mark Smith, Does Robert T.Kiyosaki know about you providing Mentorship Courses based partly upon his material? Does he know that there is a little shark running around in Japan, using his copyrighted material as a text for a course? Does he know that the little shark in Japan is copying him, without paying him any due royalties? I wonder.... if Robert T. Kiyosaki knew that your using his material without permission, and taking incredible proceeds from the profits, would he be a happy businessman? For example, if someone was to sell a "Smiths School of English" Franchise in Korea, you would jump down their throat straight away right? I'm sure Mr Kiyosaki as a businessman, would be quite disappointed if he was ever to learn that a little shark like you in Japan was doing what you are doing. Eh ?p.s. Just in case you forgot mate, I'm still waiting for what you promised by contract. |

![]() | Mark Smith stealing from Robert Kiyosaki Unless Mark Smith is photocopying and using word for word, then all is fine. Are you sure Mark Smith is photocopying Robert Kiyosaki's stuff? Well, am sure we are all guilty at some time of copyright infringements. I think it only becomes serious when you use this copyright information to make money off it. Scotty boy! why don't you just send an email to Robert Kiyosaki telling him if you think Mark Smith is really doing this. Oh yeh baby! It's Thursday. Time to rock and roll this weekend!! ![]() |

![]() | Rich Mark, Poor Mark Mark often used to talk about Robert T. Kiyosaki and preach from Rich Dad, Poor Dad. Personally, I think it's a useful basic guide to people who are looking to get out of the ratrace and into a more self-determining position within the grand scheme of capitalist society. It was never photocopied and used word for word. Mark ordered throught the internet numerous copies for his 'Mentees' and we used to meet once a week and read the book together. Pretty impressive actually, between the 4 guys that would meet at Kyobashi to sit down and do the Kiyosaki material with Mark Smith was approximately 4,000,000 yens worth of lessons (paid in cash to Mark as 'mentorship'). That much money (again according to Mark) to sit around and read Robert T. Kiyosaki's work, and get the impressions of a real businessman. What Mark said about Kiyosaki was a bit dissappointing to myself. He said that despite 2 businesses having failed prior to his success, Mark never failed once on the way to creating "Smiths School of English Franchises". He said (and I quote) that Kiyosaki wouldn't have paid the ex-employees from his previous two businesses. I asked him (Mark) how it was that he could actually know that. He smiled and looked at me, as he was driving his Mercedes that day and said "Business mate, it's business". ![]() |

![]() | Smith's School of English Japan Real Estate Investments in Japan Regarding mentorship for Mark Smith and using Robert T. Kiyosaki's material. (2003Jul-2004 Feb) I'm sure that when we studied together the book, as well as HPS (high probability selling by Jaques Worth) it was not a platform that a business owner would desire for the 'release' of their work. For example, if you designed and made and copyrighted and distributed a certain product, then you found that someone else in another country was selling your product (not as a book, but as a seminar with no royalties to your intellectual property being paid), would you be a happy businessman? 4 of the books through Amazon.com cost maybe 80bucks. Mark Smith could spin that to make approx 4,000,000 yen in Mentorship course The other point being that on the 9 page explanation for the content of the syllabus of the " Smiths Mentorship Course" , there was no HPS book and no Kiyosaki material. In summary and in fact, Mark's Mentorship course involved me doing HPS sales for Smiths School of English to make more profit for Smiths School of English. He trained me in his 'Traditional Sales' (he calls mudwrestling) and HPS styles for getting more business for him. I worked 70-80 hour weeks, and was not supplied with the product I paid 1,000,000 yen for. Fact. ![]() |

![]() | Marks Real Estate in Japan Real Estate Investments in Japan Welcome to Real Estate Investments in Japan Do you want to invest in real estate in Japan? We can support that desire. Do you want to invest between US$50,000 and US$2,000,000 and expect sensible, safe returns? Join us in Japan. Of the 100+ people who invested in his company 'Smiths School of English Japan', in its 10 years of operation, approx 10% have actually made 'sensible, safe returns'. Appox 90% are still struggling, and or returned home to their country, wishing never to hear of 'that company or its owner again'. We are a Japan based Investment group providing opportunities for those wishing to invest in real estate in Japan. We specialize in the purchase, sale and management of small to medium residential real estate projects with a maximum value of no more than US$2,000,000. 2,000,000USD? Now thats being greedy even for you Mark. Hopefully, the customers will have enough business nouse to not invest 2,000,000USD in a company with such a history. Japan-Investments does not want to be the largest real estate investment group in Japan. (yeah right) We want stay profitable and personal. We establish one on one relationships with each of our client investors and commence a very limited number of new projects each year. You will find it easy to read and understand this site. Whilst we must understand all the technical jargon and formula within investment sites, books, codes and the laws of Japan you will find us to be a group of plain speakers. We keep it simple. We believe simple is good. Correct. Simple is good. 'Simply' invest 50,000 to 2,000,000USD in Japan-Investments and of course you will be safe and so will your investment. Same as Smiths School of English, with the same owner and no full time staff except the owner, and his wife. Same show, same game, same people. Bigger $$ Do you need actual real estate investors who have their own money invested in Japan to look after your real estate investment? Do you want direct access to that fellow investor? We have our own money in buildings here in Japan and offer direct communications to each of our clients. And how exactly did you appropiate that money Mark Smith? We can tell you from personal experience that these are exactly the solutions we would have loved to have had when we began investing in Japan 1989. Now we are offering to put our expertise to work for you. If you are looking for an opening into Real Estate investment in Japan, tell us, we can make it happen for you. investing in Japan 1989.?? I was there (in Oct 2003) when you bought/invested in your first property Mark Smith. To say you've been 'investing' since 1989 is a misleading, typical ploy to use to get customers to believe in you and your product. ![]() Last edited by gfell; Sat 24-Mar-07 at 03:45 PM. |
