![]() | Hey hotdamn! Thanks for coming and welcome. The site you liked? It's Free ESL. Right? I was the webmaster of that site. I created that masterpiece. But now the nano site is a piece of something else. Thanks to Bearcat. Bearcat stole all my content and he claims it's his. He even calls me the fake Smithwatch. This guy is crazy. I mean what is he going to do next?/ Actually claim that he is the real Smithwatch and all this time Bearcat and Smithwatch are the same person. I mean that would be ridiculous. It would be as crazy as me claiming I was also Bearcat. Of course Bearcat and I are different people, we used to be sole mates until we had our slight differences on how to battle Smith's. We shared our lives together. Shared the same money, everything. Yes (out of the closet) we used to be gay lovers. I'm so mad at Bearcat because he shut me out and even denies my existence. it really breaks my heart. This is a guy I used to do everything with, I mean everything. Bearcat can we ever reconcile? Maybe I can forgive you. |

![]() | Mark Smith, the only person you are fooling is yourself. Anyone can tell smithwatch on this site is you Mark. My commrades and I all spotted you straight away. You are fooling yourself and making a fool of yourself, all in one. Yes Hotdamn, we are here and up until now listening to Scott Spargo. We will start contributing. You want stories? True stories? We got plenty. TEAM Together everyone achieves more? give us a break! More like TEMMMFM together everyone makes more money for Mark! You have been running your little operation there in Osaka for some time now. You and that woman out the back have lied to not only me but a few people I know... on every occaision you could. Little silly things even. After joining i.e. paying you money, a barrier comes down and your attitude changes completely. It is more difficult to get answers. You refuse any requests. The condasending begins. If we want to get out of the company you offer to put the school on the market and charge us for it if we keep quite and don't complain. It's grade school all over again. Fuse is for sale and here from the sale offer on the sse-franchise.com site... Reason for selling: After 8 years in Osaka ......and I found Smith to be a good advisor and man of his word at all times. I look forward to using the assets I picked up via my Smith’s association to benefit future challenges and learning experiences. Now this was either written by you or forced onto the outgoing franchise holder by you. Nobody would write that. It just doesn't ring true. And what's on offer? A school with $3.000 clear a month. This is what any teacher working as an employee in the Japanese English teaching market can earn. What would we want to pay $50,000 for this right and get stuck in your so called company. Tell me that. Or isn't that what we all are to you really? Emplyees paying for the privilege? Once people click and realize you are really just out for yourself it is so easy to see it's all just a game to you. cool ice, you ask what we hope to get out of this. It is clear we have only one choice. Take Mark Smith to court. By no coincidence the costs involved in doing this would surpass most initial investments as franchise holders. Poeple like and me and others give up and bite our lips... until being able to do something good for others and warn people like we are doing here. This forum is KARMA coming around to greet Mark Smith in his post franchise days as he races head first into the real estate business. First franchising, now renting land. Why don't you try working for a living? It's honest and so is Scott Spargo. |

![]() | Two to tango? Where there's smoke there's fire. And clowns and elephants are the pegs on which a circus is hung. cool ice you are way off base but thanks for the effort. If you don't know then your contribution is meaningless. Unless you have been in business with Mark Smith, you just don't know. |

![]() | Smith's School of English Japan Smith's School of English Japan Mark, Thanks again for the goons on Monday night. It was right in tune with Halloween, though not sporting or fair as usual with your 'business philosophy'. Sociopath. To the other posters, I would advise that your keep your postings clear and concise to alert others to the growing amount of factual information about this 'Man' and his companies. It's purely natural and expected that Mark Smith jumps on here as he used to as 'Traviss', 'William Wiseman' and numerous other posters to spread disinformation to detract from the credibility of posted information. Smith. Mark John Smith. You are seriously warped man. And what's this about ESL Mark? And you and Bearcat were 'gay lovers'? Are you seriously expecting such level of diatribe to detract from the real information about you? For shame Mark, for shame. p.s. where's my 2,600,000 yen? I've been waiting 2 and a half years, and put up with now two sendings of goons to encourage my silence. If I'm found floating down the Yodogawa, everyone that I know and trust know that there's only one person who wants me silenced. You. Just you. Mark John Smith of Smiths School of English Japan. |

![]() | A simple warning Smith's School of English of Osaka is just Mark Smith. Do not meet Mark Smith. Do not buy a franchise from Mark Smith. Do not agree to any kind of "deal" from Mark smith. From first hand experience, he will do anything to get his hands on your money. Put simply, stay clear of this guy for your own good. I too have lost money, been lied to and have been threatened. The guy is out for himself. Trust this unformation. |

For someone who supposedly has no vested interest in Smith's and supposedly knows nothing about the group first hand, you sure continue to try to defend em vehemently. And as somone else pointed out, it comes across rather uninformed. Its nice to see now that there seems to be others who have dealt with Smith posting. | |

![]() | Re: Smith's School of English in Japan Bearcat, why do you keep denying me? Or I should say "US". It's 2006 and you don't have to hide the truth about your orientation anymore. Are you depressed and lonely? I can sense some sadness in your postings because no one knows you like I do. Just because you and I are worlds apart doesn't mean we have to be like this now. Acting like this hurts you more than me. I'm here for you and I still care about you. |

![]() | Regarding Mark Smith I am another one. Bought a franchise then once inside found out from some of the older members what it was really about. Never directly threatened by Mark but for sure he was always telling stories designed to intimidate. Would recommend staying away from this guy. I was kind of pushed out of the system when I voiced disatisfaction and never received any money from the sale of my school. Lesson learned I guess. Nice guys finished last. Better give no more details. Thanks B! |
