![]() | Institute of Advanced Technology play mystery with me Institute of Advanced Technology of the United Arab Emirates entices applicants, gives them contracts, and then forgets about them. Griffith University recruits for IAT and ... oh dear...what can I say about Griffith Uni? As a university Griffith is a good one but as recruiters for the UAE academic institutions, it is fair to say Griffith stinks. I gave up a job in Korea in favour of IAT and I am still waiting ...no, not any more. Three months is far too long a time to wait for an academic institution to come to grips with time reality, play it fair with applicants and provide the goods that it promises to provide. ![]() | IAT mystery solved Eventually, all came to a happy conclusion, I am glad to write. Griffith University was not at fault. In fact, GU have been top and I am glad to report that all is now going smoothly. |

![]() | Re: IAT play mystery with me Well, don't be surprised if I tell you that I never did get to IAT. After having signed the so-called contract [it is, in fact, a mere acceptance of their terms] I waited seven months for IAT to come up with the goods. But by August I was fed up. Long story cut short ... don't waste your time with either Griffith University as a recruiter [they are a hopeless crew at Griffith] or with IAT in UAE cos they're SHITE. |
