I would advise you to read a lot ,if you can.
Try reading the newspaper every day.
Try watching only english movies.

Hi welcome to this community. I think watching English programs is a good way of learning, also you can do grammar exercises to strengthen your language as I noticed a lot of English learners are weak in that area. Most importantly, have fun =D

Yep, welcome to our forum. Another tip is to relax and not be too hard on yourself when you make a mistake or you'll, possibly, make more of them. Have fun and use learning aids that are interesting to you so you'll already have something within the subject that you can identify with.

Based on your post, seems like you already have a good grasp of it. If you want to practice speaking it, you can also frequent chatrooms as voice is already available in yahoo and MSN.
