 |  ESL teaching online Hello students and teachers, I would like to teach English part-time. I am trying to find an online forum with teachers that do this type of work. Does any one know of a website that has a message board or chat room with teachers that teach online? I am thinking of creating my own web site to do this, but do not know how to recruit students. Any ideas? Or is it like the movie," build it and they will come". Any feedback would be greatly appreciated!  |

 | Teaching online Yep, build it, PROMOTE IT, and they will come. Am sure there is a demand for teachers looking to teach online. FindaTeacher.net is the only one that comes to mind. However, it's matching students to teachers that are in your area. But same concept I suppose as teaching online. You are basically matching students to teachers that want to learn online right?

|  private tutoring on the side Hey I'm new to this website, Im currently finishing a degree in primary teaching and also do private tutoring on the side. | in between contracts maria84, that is a great find! i am going to look into this some more, I think this would be good experience for anyone that wants to teach ESL, it seems a great way to stay involved, especially between schools, or contracts etc. Last edited by gfell; Mon 06-Nov-06 at 11:02 AM. |
