If you were born in Australia (or moved there at a very young age) and lived in Australia your whole life, then you're a native English speaker. Unfortunately, not all companies in Japan see it that way ! If you choose Japan, you'll need to apply to a few companies hiring within Australia - Nova used to be the big one - but they're gone now... next is AEON and GEOS - you see their ads in the Australian newspapers every week... If they reject you - and unfortunately I'm guessing they will - your next bet is to get a working holiday visa and go to Japan jobless and start searching ! You'll have a much better chance with some of the smaller, privately run schools which are everywhere. Don't give up... Do it !!...you'll love it...and It'll change your lilfe !! ![]()
