Some interview questions are really difficult and the interviewers know this. I think they are just more or less interested in gauging the level of thought you can put behind your answer when comparing to other candidates.

Another interview question I hate is "Why did you want to work for our company?". This really sux because mainly the reasons for me is because they have a job available and nothing more. What more can 1 say if they have never heard of the school before seeing the job advertised.

Interviewers should really start to think about the questions they ask to candidates.
