Firstly, dayum! What do these people think you are, a baby that needs coddling etc! I understand that it's ostensibly for your protection but there is a limit isn't there.
I've lived on campuses ever since I've been in China and have had similar issues with the exception that nobody regulated when I must be in my own home, or who I could have there, except of course, female students. Gates are always locked at 11pm but opened when needed for me without causing resentment. The trick is to make friends with the people on reception. Invite them to dinner or something, with your lady to let them see how "together" you are and maybe then they'll understand and turn the proverbial blind eye.
If this fails, and it may, then follow Margy's advice and incur the cost of living somewhere else where you do have freedom. Check your contract and see if there is any mention of this not being allowed because if you do it and it's expressly forbidden in the contract, the you're in breach and the school can have it's way with you, so to speak. This wouldn't benefit you, your lady or them so it's best to try and find an amenable solution for all. They may turn a blind eye if you're not there.... see no evil etc.
