Hi all, a newb here
i've got an of interviews coming up with a recruiter (KOHGAKUSHA CO., LTD) next week (23rd May).
this is going to my first attempt at getting a teaching role. Been working in the IT industry for 4+ years and I don't have any experience whats so ever in the teaching field. I do however fullfil the basic requirements i see in most job ads..eg university degree (Bsc in Computing Science), be from english native speaking country (australia).
anyway to my question/s
- What are the traits and qualities these recruiters looking for?...as they always mention "no teaching experience required", but at the end of the day this is a teaching job
- and also what are peoples feeling regarding recruiters like KOHGAKUSHA CO., LTD, Nova group and ECC? as these are the main one i come across during my job searches
