Dear all, I am new to this forum and signed up because I wish to become an english teacher in taiwan after I graduate with my bachelor's degree this year.

My background is kind of complicated, because I was born in Malaysia, but received all my primary and secondary education in Singapore, where English is the first language. I am effectively bilingual and very proficient in both Mandarin and English because of the system in Singapore, and have long been an admirer of Taiwanese culture. For the past three years, I have been studying for a bachelor's degree at University of New South Wales in Sydney and am due to graduate this year.

I would like to ask if the chances of me getting a job teaching English in Taiwan is high seeing as to how I am not from one of those western countries and am only 19 at the moment? Any help would be appreciated.
