I have been recently applying for teaching positions throughout Asia. I am receiving a huge response from schools in China. I hope that anyone reading this can understand my concern with validating these offers. How does one decipher the real from the "not so real"?
I would hate to forward the first page of my passport to an organization that may not be involved in teaching at all. Some of the schools that have responded are quite small which is not a problem, I just want to avoid any scam artist that may be preying on innocent people who's hearts are in the right place. I am degreed in special education. Can (or will) anyone offer some advice. It would be most appreciated.
