You will support the Due Diligence process of a prospective school franchisee. In short you will be ready to:
Produce and receive genuine inquiries.
Process inquiries through level one discovery and disqualification (D&D) process.
Determine which inquiries to meet and which to disqualify as unsuitable.
Meet with your client and Employ level two D&D process and then support your client through their Due Diligence.
Close the sale of the school.
Stay with your client until they are ready to be handed over to the appropriate school intake system.
Know when to access the School Brokers support system and know when you're okay on your own.

Developed schools draw 6% of the total price paid as a brokerage fee.
As you can see, as a Licensed School Broker your revenue will exceed your start up expense within the first two sales.
Senior Broker Income:
Senior Brokers income streams vary greatly from that of a Licensed broker. The investment level of a senior Broker is dependent upon and set in accordance to income potential.
