This website claims that it "might" be able to help you if you have had a contract violation. I've never had reason to go to them yet as most of the time I my contract troubles were because of different perspectives on how a contract should be interpreted and not so much that the actual contract had been outright violated.

Sounds to me like if you finished the term you are owed.
