The TEFL Course I did was a weekend course in Sydney run by i-to-i. Did learn a lot, and the hands on teaching practice was especially useful. If anyone has the time, I would suggest doing a weekend course.

If you are working already overseas, then it will be quite hard to find a TEFL certficate course locally. I would recommend doing a TEFL course before flying out.
