The majority of the online TEFL courses are quite good. They all offer similar features.

I would lean towards the more popular ones such as:

i-to-i
ICAL or
Global TESOL

The above online courses are well known in the industry. Keep away from TESL courses that don't have much of a name behind them.

i-to-i is the most popular amongst teachers. They have been around for more than 10 years and also offer weekend courses.
